Before you book.
- Arriving and leaving
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock.
- If plans change
- If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund. If you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, everything is refunded except half the price of the nights. After that, everything is refunded except the price of the nights. The cleaning fee is not counted in the nightly price, so it comes back in full. The tax paid on anything that is kept is not refunded.
- Shortest stay
- 2 nights for the whole house or the 2-Bedroom Suite, and 3 for the Studio.
- Who can stay
- Up to 8 in the whole house, 6 in the 2-Bedroom Suite and 2 in the Studio. Quiet hours run from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- How you pay
- By card, through a secure link, once we have confirmed your dates. Nothing is charged before that. A 25% deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks before you arrive. We take no security deposit.
