Its own front door, for easy check-in and complete privacy.

The resort
Serenity is inside the gated Regal Palms Resort, whose pools, lazy river and other facilities are shared with its other guests and owners. You collect your wristbands at the clubhouse when you check in.
The resort fee
$23 a night for each reservation, however many of you there are, paid to the resort when you arrive and never charged by us. The spa is not included in it.

Up to 8 in the whole house, 6 in the 2-⁠Bedroom Suite and 2 in the Studio.

From 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The person booking must be 25 or over.

Which rooms are yours
Please check the sleeping arrangements before you book: the 2-⁠Bedroom Suite does not include the Studio's bedroom and bathroom, which come only with the whole house or as a booking of their own.
If plans change
If you cancel at least 1 day before arrival, you get a full refund. After that, everything is refunded except the first night. The cleaning fee counts as part of the nightly price.

A washer and a dryer, with an iron and a drying rack.
Bathrooms
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, and a hairdryer.
Beds and comfort
Bed linen, extra pillows, hangers and clothing storage, a safe, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating, and a crib.
Wi-Fi, work and play
Wi-Fi, Netflix, a dedicated workspace and board games.
Safety
A smoke alarm, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the house, and security cameras outside the house.
